Starting July, Delgaz Grid offers customers the opportunity to submit connection requests both for the expansion of the distribution network and for the modification or separation of the natural gas use facility, on its own platform.

The new facilities complete the entire process of connecting to the natural gas and electricity distribution system for which the documentation can be submitted on the platform dedicated to potential customers who have the distribution network managed by Delgaz Grid nearby.

In order to benefit from the functions offered by the platform, those who wish to connect to the natural gas and electricity distribution system can create an account or connect to the existing one by accessing the delgaz.ro/login link. They will then be able to submit online applications accompanied by specific documents for connection to the network.

“By optimizing the platform, we have not only expanded the situations in which customers can use our online services, but now all types of requests for connection to the natural gas and electricity distribution system can be completed very easily, in a few minutes, and users of the platform can find out at any time at which stage their requests are,” says Cristian Secoșan, the general director of Delgaz Grid.

The optimized platform allows completing the natural gas/electricity connection request through clear steps, each with suggestive indications and information, and the request can be signed electronically by the customer. If something happens during filling, the process can be resumed at any time, without losing the entered data, and in the situation where a customer submits several requests, he can extract reports with their records. Last but not least, the online platform allows a shorter response time from the company to customer requests.
