Niculae Havrileţ was appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment, by a decision of Prime Minister Ludovic Orban published in the Official Gazette.
The former president of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has held provisional mandates on the boards of directors of state-owned companies such as Romgaz or Electrica.
Also in the Official Monitor is mentioned the removal from office of Sevil Shhaideh from the position of state counselor in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Shhaideh, Liviu Dragnea’s first proposal of prime minister, is present in the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom, but most likely she will also release this position, which she has been holding since October 2017, as a representative of the Romanian state in company management, according to sources.
