The gas warehouses were full, at the beginning of October, to the extent of 99.72%, i.e. 2.861 billion cubic meters, which will ensure that there will be no problems in the supply of gas in the winter, declared, on Tuesday, the president of the Regulatory Authority in field of Energy, George Sergiu Niculescu.

“I want to tell you that on October 9, we had 99.72% full deposits, 2.861 billion cubic meters. A quantity of natural gas that certainly ensures our comfort to publicly declare that there will be no problems in terms of supply with natural gas, rhetoric that we heard every winter: we will remain in the cold, we will not have gas. Romania is prepared to get through this winter well,” said Niculescu, quoted by Agerpres.
