Nuclearelectrica concluded with E.ON Energie Romania a contract worth 238.85 million lei, for the sale of wholesale electricity, according to a report submitted, on Friday, to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The energy delivery period will be 1-28 February 2021.
The National Nuclearelectrica Company is a producer of electricity, heat and nuclear fuel. The company has two branches, without legal personality: Cernavoda NPP Branch, which operates Units 1 and 2 of Cernavoda NPP as well as ancillary services, and FCN Piteşti Branch, the nuclear fuel plant, according to Agerpres.
Nuclearelectrica is owned by the Romanian state in a proportion of 82.5%, the rest of the shares being traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
