At the same time, the company is constantly considering the development of employees to support the change towards a digital and sustainable economy.
About 350 company employees took part in the program, and participated, between September 2021 and March 2023, in courses for the development of basic and advanced digital skills. The courses targeted training in areas such as energy systems monitoring and information, critical infrastructure cyber security and data science.
At the end of the training activities, diplomas and certificates of participation were awarded following an evaluation process organized at company level. All evaluation and certification documents, including certificates of participation, included a mention that the operation was supported under the European Social Fund (ESF).
