OMV Petrom launched CarHome app, which digitizes services available in OMV and Petrom stations, such as RCA (CLI) and vignette payment, and offers new functions through a friendly and customizable interface.

The app is centered around the needs of drivers and has been developed based on OMV Petrom customers’ feedback.

CarHome is a mobile application that helps drivers manage their car ownership needs more easily and quickly. The app offers functionality such as payment of tolls, vignette and RCA (civil liability) insurance. CarHome also facilitates the creation of notifications related to the expiry of the ITP (technical inspection) or service appointment and offers the possibility to organize and attach all the documents necessary to own a vehicle.

“We wanted to offer drivers an application that integrates the services they need for their personal or company vehicle. The application was developed together with partners from Westaco and simplify the interactions related to owning and maintaining a vehicle,” said Radu Căprău, member of the OMV Petrom Directorate, responsible for Refining and Marketing.

The CarHome app is free and can be downloaded from the app stores for users of the IOS and Android operating systems.
