OMV Petrom’s hydrocarbon production in the second quarter of this year (Q2) was of 133,700 barrels of oil equivalent (boe)/day, down 3.75% from the previous three months, when it totaled 138,900 boe/day, according to preliminary data sent on Thursday to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
In the same period of 2020, hydrocarbon production amounted to 147,300 boe/day.
The production of crude oil and condensate was, between April and June 2021, of 64,800 boe/day, and that of natural gas of 68,900 boe/day, according to Agerpres.
The total volume of hydrocarbon sales amounted, in the mentioned period, to 127,900 boe/day (142,100 boe/day in Q2 2020), of which sales of crude oil and condensate 67,700 boe/day and natural gas – of 60,200 boe/day.
Total sales of refined products amounted to 1.24 million tons (1.15 million tons in Q2 2020), and gas sales to third parties to 9.57 TWh (11.8 TWh in Q2 2020).
According to the company’s estimates, the net electricity production amounted to 0.70 TWh in the first three months.
