RO Concept OSCAR, the network of franchised retail petrol stations developed by OSCAR Downstream – the largest independent fuel supplier in Romania, announces the launch of the OSCAR RO discount card, a new facility for customers of its more than 90 retail petrol stations across the country. The card will be personalised for each station in the country, helping to strengthen the local communities developed by each franchisee.
Thus, customers will benefit from discounts on the purchase of OSCAR, ACTIS and FORTIS fuels, diesel and petrol, as well as on the purchase of certain products in the RO petrol station shop or even on the purchase of LPG and AdBlue. The discount is applied on the spot on purchases paid in cash or by bank card.
The RO concept OSCAR chain offers quality services and products through petrol stations located beyond the big urban agglomerations, in medium and small towns in Romania. “We currently have more than 90 franchised petrol stations, which have created real communities at local level,” says Nicolae Bănică, CEO of OSCAR Downstream. “The OSCAR RO discount card comes to strengthen and personalise the relationship between our franchisees and the communities in which they operate.”
Each OSCAR RO card is individualised with the official name of the station for which it was issued, in the formula “RO county, locality”. Customers will be able to easily identify the station where they can benefit from fuel discounts and promotional offers on shop products.
According to Oscar Downstream, in comparison to other loyalty cards on the market, this card will be managed by each partner individually, who can independently choose which benefits to offer to their customers.
