ProCredit Bank Romania finances two solar projects of about 10 MWp

ProCredit Bank Romania announces the granting of financing in the total amount of 3.4 million Euros to the group of companies 3D Steel Design & Construct SRL and Hansarom Management & Consulting SRL. This financing facilitates the construction of two photovoltaic parks, one with a capacity of 5.6 MWp and the other with a capacity of 4.3 MWp, both equipped with a 1 MW battery energy storage system. Thus, ProCredit Bank strengthens its role as a reliable partner for promoting the sustainable development of small and medium enterprises in Romania.

The total investment in the two projects will be almost 6 million euros, of which ProCredit Bank will provide financing in the total amount of 3.4 million euros. The projects will also benefit from European funding with non-refundable funds through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The companies 3D Steel Design & Construct SRL and Hansarom Management & Consulting SRL plan to develop two photovoltaic park projects in Prahova county. The investment made by 3D Steel Design & Construct SR in the city of Poenarii Burchii, consists of a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 5.6 MWp. It will be mounted on the ground on a fixed structure and will include 9,816 photovoltaic panels of 580 Wp. The project in Bănești, developed and owned by Hansarom Management & Consulting SRL, consists of a photovoltaic power plant on the ground with a total capacity of 4.3 MWp. Both projects feature a 1 MW battery energy storage system, which will act as a grid balancing and stabilization mechanism for the PV plant.
