Last resort suppliers (SLR) and electricity producers are required to report in accordance with REMIT their regulated prices for delivered electricity and the amount of electricity sold under regulated contracts between 1 March and 31 December 2019.
“In view of the setting by ANRE, for the period 1 March 2019-31 December 2019, of the quantities of electricity and the prices corresponding to these quantities sold under regulated contracts, we remind the suppliers of last resort and the electricity producers involved that these regulated contracts are defined as ‘non-standard contracts’ within the meaning of the provisions of Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1.348/2014 of the Commission from 17 December 2014 on the reporting of data for the implementation of Article 8 (2) and (6) of Regulation (EU) No. 1.227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market (“Regulation 1348/2014″), the details of these contracts are to be reported within a maximum of one month of the conclusion of those contracts ” an OPCOM note says, according to investenergy.ro.
Executions of regulated contracts, considered executions under a non-standard contract, are to be reported within no more than 30 days from the date of invoicing.
