Răzvan Giuca has been appointed Vice President of the Competent Authority for the Regulation of Offshore Oil Operations on the Black Sea.

“Starting with the date of entry into force of this decision, Mr. Răzvan Giuca is appointed Vice President, with the rank of Undersecretary of State, of the Competent Authority for the Regulation of Offshore Oil Operations in the Black Sea, for a period of 5 years,” shows a decision of Prime Minister Ludovic Orban published in the Official Gazette.
