The shareholders of Romgaz have decided to appoint new members of the Board of Directors of the company. Five full-time members were replaced with temporary administrators for four months, and two were re-appointed. Among the new administrators is Niculae Havrileţ, the former president of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy (ANRE) and current adviser to the Minister of Energy.
Havrilet is also in the Board of Electrica.
The other four new members are Manuela-Petronela Stan-Olteanu, administrator at the Black Sea offshore oil service regulator, Caius-Mihai Parpală, director of the Mures River Basin Administration, Tudorel Hărăbor, general manager SC FEPA SA and Nicolae Campeanu , OMV’s Petrom Global Solutions administrative coordinator, according to Hotnews.ro. The two reconfirmed are Romeo-Cristian Ciobanu and Petrus Antonius Maria Jansen for a period equal to the one remaining in the four-year term of office on July 6, 2018.
Were revoked, even if they were in full four-year term, Ungur Ramona, Nistoran Dorin – Liviu, Grigorescu Remus, Volintiru Constantin Adrian and Jude Aristotel Marius.
Appointments were made by cumulative vote.
