Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC) announced the conclusion of new contracts. Thus, RRC acquired from KazMunayGas Trading AG (parent company’s subsidiary) oil of about 140 million US dollars (139.6 million dollars) in various futures contracts, according to a report issued by the BSE.
At the same time, RRC acquired from KMG, Diesel in the amount of 21.7 million USD. As a supplier, RRC sold KazMunayGas Trading AG petroleum products worth 111 million USD and about 2.4 million euro.
RRC sold also to the Turkish company TRG PETROL, n-hexan worth USD 2.7 million.
Also, RRC announced a new value of the supply contract to the Termoelectrica Midia Plant, of USD 13.04 million annually, as a result of the change in the price of combustible gases.
The company recently announced that the volume of crude oil transferred by KMG International through the offshore terminal operated in the Black Sea reached its 32 million tons in the first half of 2017, since it was commissioned, in 2009. The construction works of the terminal located at 8.8 kilometers off the Black Sea began in 2007, totaling more than 100 million US dollars.
