The Energy Shares Administration Company (SAPE), subordinate to the Ministry of Energy, has a new Supervisory Board, elected for 4 years.
Dumitru Nancu, Alexandru Deaconu, Nicolae Popovici, Alexandru Petrescu and Laura Vădan were appointed to the SC, according to sources quoted by Financialintelligence.
The recruitment notice was published in February, but the selection process was extended several times.
