The shareholders of Nuclearelectrica (SNN) approved, at the proposal of the Ministry of Energy, that the variable remuneration of the Executive Administrator/ General Manager should be calculated based on the average monthly gross salary, not the fixed monthly gross compensation, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. This will vary between 24-36 times the average of the monthly gross average wage for the activity carried out according to the main activity of the company registered at class level and according to the classification of activities in the national economy, communicated by the National Institute of Statistics prior to the appointment.

According to a maximum calculation of the established values, say sources quoted by financialintelligence.ro, it results a maximum gross variable component of 3,944 euros / month (maximum net value of 2,307 euros / month), depending on the degree of fulfillment of the performance indicators. That is, a maximum of 83,000 euros per year, a medium level premium for this category of management, at regional level.
