SIF Muntenia, as a significant shareholder of Prospectiuni, requires the company controlled by businessman Ovidiu Tender to distribute as dividends the net profit of last year, and also to report on the activities of its foreign subsidiaries.
SIF Muntenia holds a 11.83% stake in Prospecțiuni and introduced the two requests on the agenda of the next general meeting of shareholders – scheduled for April 29, according to a press release sent to BSE’s Rasdaq.
