The management of Simtel Team announces the signing of a strategic partnership with Monsson, the largest developer of renewable energy projects in Romania and South-East Europe, aimed at the development, construction and sale of photovoltaic and/or mixed projects with a total installed capacity of approx. 150 MWp. In addition, the partnership also aims to develop electricity storage facilities with a capacity of up to 120 MWh, according to a statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

To carry out these projects, the two companies intend to use their own financial resources, bank financing, but also other sources of financing, such as green bonds and European funds.

Simtel and Monsson will develop renewable energy projects using an integrated model that covers the entire project life cycle – from planning and development, to construction, sale and, in exceptional cases, long-term operation. This integrated approach allows the two companies to ensure efficiency, reliability and innovation within each individual project.

The partnership will also explore the implementation of energy storage solutions to support the balancing and optimization of electricity grids, thus responding to the growing demands at national level for energy stability and security.
