Submitting the online declaration to the Administration of the Environment Fund allows businesses to save time and financial and human resources, says Daniela Neagoe, Senior Manager, International Trade, Tax and Legal Assistance, EY Romania.
The access to the application is secured and is made after the enrollment in the system of the company’s representative, based on a qualified electronic signature. Enrollment in the “Submitting online declarations” service is done by filling in, also online, of a form on the AFM website, to which copies of the requested documents can be attached.
The online application allows the submission of the declaration even outside the working hours of AFM, other benefits being the view of the history and download of the status of the submitted declarations, as well as the payments made to the Environmental Fund, online reception and download of administrative-fiscal documents and other documents and information communicated by AFM and obtaining the certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the obligations to the Environment Fund, in electronic form, with the electronic signature of AFM.
