Telekom Romania Communications (former Romtelecom) will provide the Muntenia Nord electricity distributor for call center services in the next two years and will receive 4.1 million lei without VAT, according to www.profit.ro.

Attributed by auction, the contract involves taking telephone calls of the type of disruption into the distribution network. “Troubleshooting means receiving the incoming phone call from SDEE Muntenia Nord, accessing the computer program according to the requirements of SDEE Muntenia Nord, browsing and completing a questionnaire with questions about the fault, transmission of the fault code and additional information to the software”, it is shown in the tender specifications.

Tenders have also been submitted by Servoelectro Integral (leader) and Allsys Energy, as well as Advalia Services (leader) and Call & Call Holding Spa (Italy). The contract was estimated at 5.4 million lei, excluding VAT.
