Teraplast shareholders (TRP) were convened on September 2 for the election of the members of the Board of Directors and the establishment of the term of office of the members of the Board of Directors starting with September 14, 2019. The proposal of the Board of Directors is that its term of office wil be for a year.

Currently, TeraPlast’s Board of Directors is made up of five members: Dorel Goia (Chairman), Sorin Olaru (Non-Executive Independent Administrator), Alexandru Stânean (Executive Administrator), Magda-Eugenia Palfi-Tirău (Non-Executive Administrator) and RSL CAPITAL ADVISORS S.R.L. represented by Răzvan Ştefan Lefter (Non-Executive Administrator).

TeraPlast, a construction materials producer, saw a 76% increase in EBITDA in the first quarter compared to 1Q of last year, to 13.2 million lei, as a result of a 34% increase in turnover, according to a release quoted by financialintelligence.ro.
