Cosmin Ghiță, Nuclearelectrica Recently established at the head of Nuclearelectrica, the Chief Executive Officer Cosmin Ghiţă has set the priorities into order and made known, in an interview to energynomics.ro Magazine, his vision on the role and place of the company in the national power system. “In the case of Nuclearelectrica, it is about continuity, its assurance so that the priority projects should be achieved without syncopes and costs increases”, Cosmin Ghiţă told us.
Angela Cristea, European Commission We have talked to the Head of the European Commission Representation in Romania, about the perspectives of Romania’s positioning within the EU, 10 years after Romania’s accession to the European Union. She emphasized that “negotiations are progressing adequately on the “Clean Energy for all” package, the most important legislative package in the field of energy proposed by the Commission so far”.
Phil A. Christian, Sand Hill Petroleum România told us that his company will invest up to 20 million euros in 2018, in the two concessions it has in the Western part of Romania. He also expressed his hope and confidence the Romanian government will recognize the importance of those three concerns to the Oil and Gas industry: a) access to land for acquiring seismic and drilling wells; b) ability to freely market any future production we have; and, c)stability of the fiscal regime, i.e. taxes and royalties.
Decision-makers (including Bogdan Chiriţoiu, the Competition Council) and managers such as Sorana Baciu (Romgaz), Paul Pop (Rottco Consult) or Silviu Bulzan (Philips Lighting CEE), and experts such as Gheorghe Radu (SIPG), Radu Dudău (EPG) sau Patrick Graichen (Agora Energiewende)are also featured in the new magazine energynomics.ro Magazine.
