The Commission of Industries and Services of the Chamber of Deputies voted on Wednesday to reintroduce the exemption for construction authorization by the prosumers, eliminated by the new construction law last month.

Thus, the deputies of the Commission of Industries introduced a new amendment in the law providing this exemption, according to financialintelligence.ro.

Recently, Greenpeace called on the Government and Parliament to find quick solutions to eliminate the prosumer’s obligation to obtain a building permit.
