The creditors of the Independent Operator of Nuclear Activities (RAAN has approved the plans for the reorganization of this strategic entity, Ion Tudor, the administrator of Tudor & Asociații insolvency law firm, told Agerpres.
According to him, the two plans established and proposed are aimed at saving the bankrupt industrial platforms Heavy Water Plant Romag-Prod and Thermal Romag-Termo in Halînga by promoting eficient measures to manage and administer financial funds and thus to ensure their normal operation.
“The plans provide the full payment of secured claims, be they to wage or to budget. It was decided to pay them in the amount of 70%”, said Ion Tudor. In this context, he pointed out that the plans passed by the creditors shall be submitted for confirmation by a judge who will decide the opening of reorganization of RAAN.
