Claudiu Crețu, special administrator of ELCEN describes the solution found by the authorities in charge – ELCEN, having as main shareholder the Ministry of Energy, and RADET Bucharest, owned by the City Hall of Bucharest – for restructuring the centralized heating system in Bucharest. Under the condition that the reorganization plans of both ELCEN and RADET to be approved, “large portion of the debts will be paid, if not 100%, at any rate, something close”, said Claudiu Crețu. Mihai Darie, Chief Financial Officer with Electrica SA, talked about the group priorities, as evident based on raw numbers, but also beyond them. “Change is sometimes rightly difficult, painful and hard to accept, due to the fact that it involves additional implication, resources and efforts. On the other hand, without the change we cannot ensure the financial sustainability of the group”, told us Mihai Darie.
Decision-makers (among whom Robert Tudorache, state secretary within the Ministry of Energy) and managers such as Monica Bucur (Luxten Lighting Company SA), Carmen Neagu (EnergoBit), Cristian Pîrvulescu (Enevo Group), Petru Rușeț (Siemens Energy Management) or Georg Hotar (Photon Energy) are also featured in the new magazine energynomics.ro Magazine, alongside experts such as Oana Mogoi (ING Bank), Cristian Athanasovici and Carmen Coman (ATH Energ).
