A number of 952,929 individual employment contracts have been suspended since the entry into force of the state of emergency (March 16), until now, according to the Labor Inspection figures published on Monday by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (MMPS).
The Ministry of Labor announced on Friday a figure of 884,349 suspended work contracts, which makes their number increased by 68,580 in a single working day.
Of the 952,929 individual employment contracts announced by the MMPS as being suspended until Monday, 278,408 were in the manufacturing industry, 188,468 were in the wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, and 118,277 were in the hotel and restaurant industry, according to Agerpres.
