The Romanian Investor Relations Association – ARIR, the promoter of the Investor Relations (IR), expands its footprint and relevance with the inclusion of ROMGAZ (BVB symbol: SNG), the largest producer and supplier of natural gas in Romania, an an Associate Member of ARIR. With a history of over 100 years and a strong presence in the energy market, ROMGAZ is a nationally renowned company, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 2013. The company obtained the maximum score in the VEKTOR by ARIR 2023 evaluation for the second consecutive year.

The shares issued by ROMGAZ are traded on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since November 12, 2013. Additionally, the company’s shares are support for the global depositary receipts (GDRs) issued by The Bank of New York Mellon, which are traded on the London Stock Exchange (symbol SNGR).
ROMGAZ shares are part of the BET index, which now includes the top 20 most traded companies on the local stock exchange, as well as of the BET-XT, BET-BK, and BET-NG indices. Additionally, ROMGAZ shares are included in the MSCI Frontier IMI (Investable Market Index) indices, dedicated to frontier markets.
ARIR members are among the largest companies in Romania, which share the objective of implementing best practices of transparency, investor communication, and corporate governance.
