Tinmar Group intends to take over a company operating in Oltenia a photovoltaic park with an installed power of 3.5 MW.

Thus, the companies Tinmar Energy and Mar-Tin Consulting & Management, controlled by Augustin Oancea, have recently acquired small holdings, of about 0.01%, in the company Lumina Solar SRL, owned by Dumitru Ionică, according to profit.ro.

Augustin Oancea was appointed full power administrator of Lumina Solar, with a 4-year term.

Lumina Solar operates a 3.5 MW photovoltaic park in Băilești, Dolj, put into operation in 2013. Despite the disadvantageous modifications of the legislation for subsidizing by green certificates the production of renewable energy, which started in 2013, Lumina Solar succeeded to make a profit every year since then. In 2018, the net positive result was of 1.13 million lei, at a turnover of 1.32 million lei. The Tinmar Group already owns 6 photovoltaic power plants, with a total installed power of 50 MW, in Dolj, Gorj and Giurgiu counties.
