The directorate of Transelectrica benefits from a new provisional mandate of four months, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
“As the term of office of the current members of the Management Board terminates by right on June 20, 2020, the National Electricity Transmission Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors that, in the meeting of June 9, 2020, the Supervisory Board appointed as members the following persons of the Directorate, starting with June 21, 2020: Cătălin Nițu, Ionuț-Bogdan Grecia, Andreea-Mihaela Miu, Marius-Viorel Stanciu, Corneliu-Bogdan Marcu.
The mandate is granted for a period of 4 months starting with June 21, 2020 with the possibility of extension, for good reasons, for another two months, but the duration of the mandate will not exceed the date of completion of the selection procedure of the members of the National Electricity Transmission Company. Transelectrica– SA under the conditions of GEO no. 109/2011, if the procedure will be completed within this interval,” it is shown in the report.
