The Ministry of Economy, through which the Romanian state holds almost 60% of Transelectrica shares, has not yet submitted proposals for the new provisional appointments in the Supervisory Board (CS), according to the shareholders’ meeting announcements.
Transelectrica will hold ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ general meetings on May 29 and shareholders with more than 5% of the portfolio will be able to submit their proposals until May 12.
Transelectrica will be headed by the end of May by Ion-Toni Teau, who has recently resigned from office, invoking personal reasons.
The current Supervisory Board is represented by Dragoş Corneliu Zachia – Zlatea, Ovidiu Petrişor Artopolescu, Radu Bugică, Daniel – Cristian Pirvulescu, Costin Mihalache, Dorin Alexandru Badea and Ştefan – Valeriu Ivan.
