Transelectrica had to recover, on October 12, 2020, receivables in the total amount of 47.7 million lei for the electricity transmission service, according to a document posted on the company’s website.
The largest amount, respectively of 26.9 million lei, represents amounts to be recovered from companies in bankruptcy proceedings, such as the Autonomous Authority for Nuclear Activities (RAAN), which owes 6.2 million lei, Total Electric Oltenia – 3.1 million lei, Romenergy Industry – 3 million lei.
From the customers in insolvency proceedings, the energy carrier has to recover 17.5 million lei, most of the money from Petprod – 5.6 million lei, CET Govora – 1.8 million lei and Fidelis Energy – 1.7 million lei, according to Agerpres.
Other outstanding clients in the legal liquidation procedure owe 2.9 million lei to Transelectrica. At the same time, the company has to recover commercially arrears of 242,086 lei for the transport service.
Transelectrica is the transmission and system operator on the Romanian electricity market.
