The Transgaz Board of Directors proposes to grant dividends for the year 2018 in the amount of 255.02 million lei, the value of the gross dividend being 21.66 lei/ share, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Dividend payments to shareholders would be made starting with July 16, 2019.

The net profit in the amount of 495.675 million lei will be distributed as follows: dividends for shareholders 255,021 million lei and profit for the creation of own financing sources – 240,653 million, according to Agerpres.

The gross dividend per share will be of 21.66 lei.
