184 pages of interviews, analysis and opinions, fully bilingual, are now available for all interested in the present situation of the Romanian energy industry. The printed edition will also be delivered in the next few weeks and we will make sure it will reach, as it has been doing since December 2013, professionals in the energy industry in Romania, the managers of the most active companies and officials from regulatory authorities with responsibilities in the energy sector.
For them, we address the most topical issues, from the accelerated dynamics of the big players in the Romanian energy industry, to the transformations imposed by the new market design, from investments in renewable energy, new technologies and new financing leaders, to the modernisation of the central heating system in Bucharest and other forms of energy efficiency.
Some ideas
Greenvolt Next, a Greenvolt Group company specializing in Distributed Generation solutions, is committed to installing 110 MW of renewable energy in the distributed generation alone. Greenvolt thus enters the market of medium and large prosumers with distributed generation services – a novelty for Romania. “We are introducing the energy sharing service (distributed generation – n.r.), which is currently missing from the market, on the Romanian market. Thus, prosumers can benefit from increased consumption efficiency, saving energy”, told us Joao Manso Neto, CEO of Greenvolt Group, in an exclusive interview offered to Energynomics.
At 37 years of age, Dorin Junghietu is the winner of the contest for the selection of Moldovagaz’s Board of Directors representing the Ministry of Energy. We found out what are the biggest challenges for Moldovagaz and what is his vision for the diversification of natural gas supplies in the Republic of Moldova.
The energy crisis has also hit the steel market, and the Romanian market has also been hit hard by difficult European market conditions, high energy prices and the country’s proximity to the conflict zone. “We are, however, working with the Romanian government to identify the best solutions for the steel industry in the short term and to ensure the decarbonisation of the industry in the long term,” says Ajay Aggarwal, President of LIBERTY Steel Group for Europe.
Decision-makers, experts and managers are also featured in the new edition of Energynomics Magazine. Among them, Sebastian Burduja – Ministrul Energiei * Joao Manso Neto – Greenvolt Group * Liviu Gavrilă – RWEA * Laurențiu Urluescu – AFEER * Volker Raffel – E.ON România * Claudiu Crețu – Elcen * Dorin Junghietu – Moldovagaz * Ajay Aggarwal – LIBERTY Steel Group.
We maintain an integrated approach on the entire industry, with four distinct sections for each large sector – electricity, oil and gas, renewables, thermo – and a section of general interest.
