Some ideas
Romania is a very good place to invest, told us Volker Raffel, CEO, E.ON România. He spoke about the investments E.ON has made in the last 16 years, and their impact on the energy infrastructure in Romania. „Our efforts are directed towards the supply of smart, sustainable, turnkey solutions and products and thus contribute to a decarbonized world. We wish to support our customers in producing their green energy, to increase their energy efficiency levels, turn to e-mobility and thus reach our climate-related objectives together”, Volker Raffel added.
We talked about the impact of crude oil prices and the health crisis of recent years on business with Camelia Ene, Country Chairman & CEO MOL Romania. “ For Romania, our expectations have been met and even exceeded”, she told us, and then she described the main elements of the new medium-term strategy adopted at the begining of the year. “ MOL brought innovation and state-of-art technology to the next level in so many fields. The company is now ready to take things to a whole new level”, Camelia Ene told Energynomics.
Without changes to the increasing levels of difficulty imposed on businesses and on the fiscal regime it is not assured that investors will continue to further bet on Romania, told us Jeffrey Auld, CEO Serinus Energy, and Alexandra Damașcan, President of Serinus Energy Romania. We found out how an independent oil and gas company is affected by the windfall tax, but also what are the elements needed for Romania to become an energy leader in Europe.
Decision-makers, experts and managers are also featured in the new edition of Energynomics Magazine. Among them: Cristian Nacu, Senior Country Officer pentru România și Moldova, IFC – World Bank, Cătălin Niță, Director executiv al Federației Patronale din Petrol și Gaze (FPPG), Silvia Vlăsceanu, director executiv HENRO, Răzvan Encică, director general al Phoenix Contact România, Florian Neagu, Director adjunct, Direcția de Stabilitate Financiară a BNR, Alberto Lupașcu, administrator al Greensun East Europe..
We maintain an integrated approach on the entire industry, with four distinct sections for each large sector – electricity, oil and gas, renewables, thermo – and a section of general interest.
